Studio Rental
Rental Rate:
$40 per hour OR
Base rate of $100 for 3 hours (includes set-up, party, and clean up)
If rental exceeds 3 hours, Lessee agrees to pay $40 per additional hour (or portion thereof)
Included Amenities:
Two (2) large folding tables
Two (2) small folding tables
Approximately twenty (20) folding metal chairs
Access to restrooms
A TND Staff Representative on-site
